Do you offer mobile services?

Yes. Even tho our workshop is located in Mount Gravatt we are 100% a Mobile service. We service North Brisbane, South Brisbane, West Brisbane, and North Gold Coast.

Are your technicians qualified?

Yes, we only employ fully qualified technicians that have been in the trade for 5 years or more. Our technicians are also required to keep up with all industry standards.

What are your payment options?

We accept EFTPOS, all major Credit Cards incl Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. We also provide finance options through Certegy Ezi-Pay.

Do you work Saturdays?

No. Unless for special requirements. Currently, Jack Frost come to you for all car air conditioning & auto electrical needs 5 days a week – Monday to Friday.

How soon can a technician come to me?

We can usually organize the same or next business day bookings. You can email or call us on 1300 376 789 to arrange an arrival time.

What are your operating hours?

Our first appointment has an arrival time of 8.00am through to our last arrival time between 3.00 and 4.00 pm (dependant on workload). In some circumstant arrival, times can 7:00 am through to 5:00 pm
