Shipping & Deliveries
Couriers will knock on the door as usual and step back two metres (or as far back as safe). They will wait for someone to come to the door and greet them as usual. They will then ask for the recipient’s name (to record proof for delivery) and leave the parcel on the doorstep.
The person receiving the parcel will not sign for the delivery directly. If no one comes to the door and there is no Parcel Leave service in place, the courier will follow the standard process which is to leave a card to call, with details of the delivery and return the parcel to the depot.
Whilst we do our very best to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible, there may be slight delivery delays during this time. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
How To Order
Ordering through My Auto Accessories is easy, you can order on your desktop, tablet or mobile device 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For your convenience, we can deliver most items directly to your home, workplace or address of your choice (excluding some bulky or fragile products and/or remote locations).
We also offer a Local Pickup service at our Mt Gravatt Showroom. Within the checkout simply select local pickup, complete your order and we will notify you via your preferred method (either email or SMS) when your order is ready for collection. ( Local Pickup is for Brisbane Residents Only. If you live outside Brisbane, don’t choose this option. Instead, select our standard shipping)
- Step 1 – Order Online
Browse online and choose from thousands of products, once you have found the product you are looking for simply add it to your shopping cart
- Step 2 – Proceed to checkout
Once you’ve finished shopping, proceed to the checkout and select either Home Delivery or Local Pickup. Upon selecting either option the page should update allowing you to calculate freight or nominate a store to collect your items from.
- Step 3 – Complete your Order
Checkout as an MAA Member, or Guest. Enter your payment details and complete your order. An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
- Step 4 – Click & Collect your Order
If you have selected ‘Store Pickup’ you will receive an SMS or E-mail confirmation when your order is ready for collection. Simply visit the Jack Frost showroom located at 4/429 creek road Mt Gravatt East, during opening hours (Mon-Friday: 9 am-4 pm) with proof of identification and a copy of your order confirmation to collect your items.
How to use a Coupon Code
To redeem a coupon code, enter the code and click apply. You may apply more than one coupon code to your order, but you must apply them one at a time. If there is a balance remaining on your order, you will be able to add another coupon code after you click “Apply”. Coupon codes may void existing promotions that have already been applied.
How to Gift Code
To redeem a gift code online, simply input the code in the field located on the cart page and click apply, as you would with any coupon code. You may apply more than one gift card if they’re unique and within the expiry date.

Contact-free Click & Collect
Jack Frost My Auto Accessories offer a collection of your click & collect orders, Contact-free. When ordering online, select Local Pickup for our Mt Gravatt store. Once you receive your order confirmation, make your way to our showroom (Store number located in the order confirmation) A-Team member will then bring out your online order and place it in your vehicle.
